AMU´S COMMUNITY DAY

We warmly invite you to the AMU Community Day, which will take place on Thursday, October 10, from 3:30 pm to 10:00 pm at the HAMU Campus in Malostranská. The day will be dedicated to meeting, sharing, and spending time together – for students, teachers, staff, and their families. A children’s corner with babysitting will also be available, so feel free to bring along even the youngest ones.

• 4:00–5:30 pm – panel discussion: Anti-discrimination Platform at AMU
• 5:00–6:00 pm – workshop Exploring the HAMU Meditation Garden with the iNaturalist app
• 5:00–7:00 pm – children’s creative workshop
• 5:30–5:45 pm – interfaculty gathering – building community
• 5:45–7:00 pm – juggling workshop for everyone
• throughout the event – community buffet (bring and share your favorite snacks or homemade treats)
• 8:00 pm – performative walk „Hunters Have Eyes to Cry With“ , exploring the return of wolves to the Czech cultural landscape at Letná (group tram transfer)

Come and enjoy a pleasant time with the AMU community, experience a rich cultural and social program, and meet each other in a different setting than school or work. We look forward to seeing you!

What is Community Day?
-> We used to call it Environmental Day.
-> We are organizing it for the sixth time, so we know that the meaning of this day is better captured by the word "community."

-> There is a growing desire for inter-faculty and inter-departmental cooperation, as well as for meeting, networking, and organizing 
-> That is why we at EP AMU believe that we can help fulfill this function and connect students outside of the classroom
