ANNOUNCEMENT OF AS AMU CHAIR: NOMINATIONS OF CANDIDATES FOR THE RECTOR OF AMU
To the Members of the Academic Community,
I would like to inform you that, as of 21 October 2024, I have received the following nominations of the candidates for the position of the Rector of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (hereinafter referred to as “AMU”) for the 2025–2029 term of office:
doc. PhDr. Ingeborg Radok Žádná
nominated by the Academic Senate of HAMU,
nominated by the Artistic Council of HAMU,
nominated by the Collegium of the Dean of HAMU,
nominated by one-third of all members of the Academic Senate of AMU,
nominated by 34 DAMU students, 37 FAMU students and 140 HAMU students, which represents 30,77 % of HAMU students 13,65 % of AMU students

nominated by the Academic Senate of DAMU
nominated by the Academic Senate of FAMU
nominated by the Artistic Council of FAMU
30 nomination ballots of FAMU students, which represents 5,18 % of FAMU students and 1,94 % of AMU students, were delivered to the hands of the Chair of AS AMU, so the conditions for student nomination according to the Procedural rules of the AS AMU were not fulfilled.
In accordance with the resolution of the Academic Senate of AMU dated 9 September 2024, I would like to ask the nominees mentioned above to submit:
their written consent with their candidateship and post their concept documents and curricula at www.amu.cz;
their concept documents describing their planned activities not exceeding 10 pages, in four copies as well as in electronic form;
their curricula not exceeding one page, in four copies as well as in electronic form;
certified copies of the original certificate under Section 9(1) of Act No. 451/1991 and a solemn declaration under Section 4(3) of Act No. 451/1991 (
