CALL FOR PAPERS: DOCTORAL CONFERENCE TERRITORIES OF ART 2025

CENTRE FOR DOCTORAL STUDIES OF THE ACADEMY OF PERFORMING ARTS IN PRAGUE IN COOPERATION WITH JAMU, UMPRUM AND AVU ORGANIZE 12th ANNUAL DOCTORAL CONFERENCE OF ART UNIVERSITIES

TERRITORIES OF ART

WHERE: FAMU, Smetanovo nábřeží 1012/2, Prague 1

We cordially invite doctoral students of art disciplines to participate in the Territories of Art conference and present their research, theses, and projects.

The overarching themes of the conference are Art and Care and Art and Memory.

However, the topics of student papers and presentations are not limited; it is possible to submit abstracts from any field and topic.

We also welcome proposals for panels 3 to 4 presenters, ideally from two different institutions. We also welcome posters or object presentations (formats which are considered on the same level as a conference paper).

Conference paper abstracts, panel, poster, and object proposals should be emailed to teritoria@amu.cz by July 18, 2025.

We will let you know if your paper, presentation, poster, or object has been accepted  by August 8, 2025.
