AMU STUDENT GRANT COMPETITION (SGS)

SGS CALL FOR 2026

The Vice-Rector for Scientific Research and Artistic Research Activities and Equal Opportunities, in accordance with  RECTOR'S DECREE No. 15/2023, announces the Student Grant Competition for 2026.

CONDITIONS

Application forms shall be sent from the AMU school address only electronically to the responsible faculty administrator or to a special faculty address:

• HAMU (sgs@hamu.cz)
• DAMU (sgs@damu.cz)
• FAMU (sgs@famu.cz)

Competition schedule

Total preliminary amount of funds distributed in the competition according to the number of students of individual faculty

Amounts will be specified in January 2026.

RECIPIENTS AND PARAMETERS OF SUPPORTED PROJECTS

• The group of persons who may apply and the parameters of supported projects are specified in  RECTOR'S DECREE No. 15/2023.
• The call only applies to projects implemented in the calendar year 2026, i.e., the implementation period must be from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. 
• The project implementation period must be 12 months.
• The maximum amount of support requested is CZK 200,000 per project, including overheads.
• School-wide projects are not announced.

EVALUATION

Evaluation criteria and scale are specified in  RECTOR'S DECREE No. 15/2023.
