ArteActa

ArteActa is a peer-reviewed academic journal for performative arts and artistic research, published since 2018. Starting in 2022, it is accessible only online, in Open Access mode, under a Creative Commons license for non-commercial international use (CC BY-NC 4.0). The journal is published by the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague.
The focus of ArteActa is on contemporary performance art from the 20th and 21st centuries, with an emphasis on audiovision, theatre, music, dance and their interdisciplinary overlaps. It specializes in artistic research projects in the broad spectrum of this concept. Submissions are accepted in Czech, English and Slovak. The journal follows its Code of Ethics, peer-reviewed submissions are subject to our peer-review policy (double-blind). www.arteacta.cz

Repository of AMU

Dspace

In the AMU repository of bachelor's, master's and doctoral theses DSpace only metadata are freely accessible (only records of qualifying works, not their full-text versions). The full texts of theses (after 2006) are made accessible in DSpace after standard logging into the AMU computer network.

Online Databases of AMU

JSTOR is a comprehensive online database of full-text scientific journals in the social sciences and the humanities. AMU currently subscribes to the Arts & Sciences III collection, where you can find over 200 titles, especially in the areas of art studies and musicology; several journals are also focused on the performing arts and film studies. These include Journal of the Royal Musical Association, Musical Quarterly, The Musical Times, Art Journal, Cinema Journal, Film Quarterly, Theatre Journal, PAJ: A Journal of Performance and Art, and Performing Arts Journal.
